Hi, welcome to my homepage. Here you can find a description of my cv and activies.

Since fall 2008 I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the InfoMus Laboratory, part of DIST, University of Genova, Italy.

My research work has always been centered on Human-Computer Interaction, more specifically on the analysis and synthesis of expressive behavior. I've been involved in the following EU projects: ILHAIRE, Siempre, SAME, Callas, Humaine, MagiCster.

I obtained my PhD in Computer Science in 2008 at the University of Paris 8, under the supervision of Pr. Catherine Pelachaud. I wrote a dissertation titled "Multimodal distinctive behavior for expressive embodied conversational agents" about expressive behavior for Embodied Conversational Agents exhibiting distinctive behavior. From 2002 to 2008 I have been one of the main developer of the ECA system Greta while being a researcher at the University of Rome as well as at the University of Paris 8.
